Although FaceBook.com released usernames or vanity URLs for Fan Pages today at 04:00 UTC, they did this morning change the minimal criteria for users to obtain a username for their Fan Pages from 25 users to over Pages with over 100 fans.

We understand that this is part of a staggered approach from FaceBook to ensure that TradeMarks and large brand names get first rights to brand names.

We will keep you updated on when smaller Fan pages will become eligible for their own username.
